DETAILS OF THE SKILL, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR EACH POST:
We are seeking a skilled and versatile Graphic and Multimedia Designer to join our team. In this role, you will create stunning visual content for both digital and print platforms, as well as engaging multimedia content. You will work closely with our marketing and development teams to deliver visually compelling solutions that align with our brand’s objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

• Develop creative designs including graphics, logos, illustrations, and branding materials for use across websites, social media, and marketing campaigns.
• Design promotional materials such as posters, banners, infographics, and digital ads.
• Ensure brand consistency in all graphic design outputs.
• Apply fundamental design principles such as typography, color theory, and layout to create high-quality graphics for digital and print.
• Collaborate with clients or internal teams to understand their vision and deliver effective design solutions.
• Stay updated with current design trends to maintain fresh and innovative design ideas.

Multimedia Design:

• Create and edit multimedia content such as animations, motion graphics, and videos for marketing campaigns, websites, and social media.
• Develop and execute video production projects, from concept (storyboarding) to post-production (editing, sound design).
• Use multimedia tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro or other related software to create eccentric multimedia outputs.
• Ensure all multimedia content is optimized for various platforms (web, mobile, social media).
• Work on 2D and 3D animation for promotional videos, explainer videos, or product demonstrations.

Qualifications:

Graphic Design:

• Experience: 2-5 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of work.
• Software Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Canva or other related software for creating professional designs.
• Design Knowledge: Strong grasp of design principles such as typography, color theory, and composition.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to produce high-quality, error-free designs across a range of formats.
• Creative Thinking: Ability to come up with fresh ideas and creative solutions to design challenges.

Multimedia Design:

• Experience: 2-5 years of experience working as a Multimedia Designer with a portfolio demonstrating video editing, motion graphics, and animation work.
• Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro for video production and editing.
• Multimedia Expertise: Proficiency in creating and editing videos, motion graphics, and animations, ensuring professional quality across all outputs.
• Project Management: Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple multimedia projects and meet deadlines.
• Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to work with teams and interpret client requirements effectively.

Preferred Skills:

• UX/UI Knowledge: Understanding of UX/UI principles to design user-friendly interfaces for web or mobile.
• Web Design: Experience in designing for web platforms, with basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Education: A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Art or a related field is preferred but not required if the portfolio and experience are strong.
